A guided tour in the heart of Central America that will allow us to visit Panama (we can’t wait to see the Canal live!), Explore the jungle, walk in the rainforest, bathe in a waterfall and get in touch with the local Embera community. To then reach the San Blas Islands, pristine atolls with a picture-perfect sea.

Group trip to the Caribbean: detailed itinerary

Day 1 – Panama City

Arrival at Panama City airport.
Reception by a person in charge and transfer to the hotel.
Overnight in a 4-star hotel. Meals included: none.

Day 2 – Panama City

Departure at 8.30 / 9 to visit the city and the Panama Canal. The highlights of the morning are: Miraflores Museum; Miraflores locks; old town (Casco Viejo); Causeway Amador, where you can admire the suggestive Las Americas bridge, which unites the 2 Americas; new city.
Return to the hotel around 14/15. Free afternoon to relax or discover the city on your own. The guide will be available to offer advice and suggestions on where to eat or what activities to do. Overnight in a 4-star hotel. Meals included: none.

Day 3 – Embera Village

Departure at 8 am for Embera Village. This day is represented by the ideal balance between relaxation in the jungle and the sharing of knowledge and experience with the Embera natives, who have a vision of the world and a lifestyle completely different from ours; an incredible opportunity to see the world with different eyes. Fascinating the scenery of the canoe through the jungle, suggestive and fun walking in the tropical rainforest, swimming or wading in the locals’ favorite waterfall, and savoring a delicious local meal. Return to the hotel at about 2.15pm. Free afternoon.
Overnight in a 4-star hotel. Meals included: lunch.

Day 4 – San Blas Islands

Morning departure with a 4 × 4 Jeep at around 5.30 / 6 in the direction of the paradisiacal San Blas Islands. The journey takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes. There is an intermediate stop in a supermarket.
Before arriving at the port, you pass through the Guna Yala border, which is also the name of the San Blas population, where there will be strict passport control. Entrance fee $ 23 per person, to be paid on the spot. Transfer from the port to the San Blas Islands.
Guna Yala is a semi-autonomous indigenous territory.
It is a paradise characterized by Caribbean beaches and unspoiled nature.
Overnight at Hotel. Meals included: lunch and dinner.

Day 5-6 – San Blas Islands

Days dedicated to absolute relaxation. Possibility to swim in the crystal clear waters, snorkel, play beach volleyball or other beach games, or simply relax in the sun. Possibility to participate, on days 5 or 6, in an organized tour with visit to 2 other islands and to a natural pool
